LAHS Foundation Mission Statement

Lisbon Area Health Services Foundation's Mission is to improve lives and continue to enhance the quality of care given to those in need.

Introduction

Establishing a Foundation here at Lisbon Area Health Services will be an investment that has the opportunity for significant funding to be raised each year for current and capital needs which will provide and insure our facility remains viable in the future. Funding obtained through various options stays with in our surrounding communities. Your contributions can help bring the latest technology, improve lives and assist Lisbon Area Health Services achieve its long and short term goals for the future. The Foundation receives its funding through various opportunities such as grants, fundraising events, annual giving, memorials, donations, planned giving, annuities, and estate planning. You can be sure your gift is important as it will permit our Foundation to perpetuate excellence in our mission to serve all who need care in our community and surrounding areas.

Ways to Give

General Contributions

These gifts can be given at anytime and are used in the area that has the greatest need for financial support or you can designate your donation to go to whichever fund you would like.

Gifts of Remembrance/Memorials

These gifts can be given for any occasion Births, anniversaries, deaths or other life events. They are wonderful opportunities to create or add to an already established memorial for a loved one or special friend.

Annual Giving

These gifts can be given during the annual campaigns which our facility takes part in. These gifts will be put towards an already established fund for which funds are needed.

Legacy of Caring

Please let us know if we can help you leave a legacy with Lisbon Area Health Services Foundation through and estate gift or trust. You can make an impact on our patients and their families for years to come through a gift of this nature.
