Flu Shots
It’s flu shot season; get your flu shot at our clinic today. Appointments are appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome! Call (701) 683-6497 to schedule with us; we are accepting new patients as well.
School & Sports Physicals & Wellness Exams
If a comprehensive physical exam is needed, and/or if your child needs vaccinations, please request a well-child exam which includes a sports physical. A well-child visit is not part of the special sports physical rate and will be submitted to your insurance, possibly requiring a minimal copayment. For additional information on rates, contact our clinic directly.

Abigail Andersen, MSN, FNP-C
Abigail is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is excited to see patients of all ages including infants to geriatric individuals. As an FNP-C, she looks forward to both managing your care and seeing acute issues that may arise. Abigail is ready to grow her practice in both Lisbon and Oakes, and cannot wait to work with you.

Abigail loves to spend time with her family. She also enjoys camping trips in the summer, playing volleyball, and spending time crocheting and crafting.
Brianna Eli, DNP FNP-C
Dr Brianna Eli is a family nurse practitioner board-certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She received her doctorate from Michigan State University, and her undergrad from North Dakota State University. Brianna is looking forward to caring for patients of all ages. She provides comprehensive, family focused care.
Brianna enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr Kiesha Onyeneho
Dr Onyeneho is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. She is also a member of the Catholic Medical Association. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Minnesota State University of Moorhead and attended medical school at University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed her residency at WINC Prevea Family Medicine in Augusta/Eau Claire, WI.
She enjoys caring for patients at all stages of their life, from birth through their seniority. In her spare time, Dr O enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Appointment Information
* Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. This will help our providers stay on schedule by having all of your pre-visit paperwork completed by the time you are scheduled to see your provider.
Cancellations: Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your
appointment.
Billing
If you are seen in our clinic, and have had labs or diagnostic testing, you may receive multiple bills.

This would be for your labs or diagnostic testing. - Sanford Bill
As CHI Lisbon Health does not have a radiologist on site, our Radiology Department sends your test results to Sanford, who then reads them and sends the results back to us.
If you have any questions regarding your bill or bills, please feel free to call or stop in at the registration desk. Our front office staff will be happy to assist you.
My One Care
MyOneCare is CHI Lisbon Health’s patient portal. It is a quick and convenient way for you to view your health records online, or from your mobile phone.
How to sign up:
When you register for your appointment, be sure to give the receptionist your email address. After your visit, you will receive an email from FollowMyHealth. This will be your invitation.
If you need help creating your MyOneCare account, feel free to ask. We would be happy to help you set up your account.
Refill Requests
For all refill requests, please contact your pharmacy and they will fax us a request. Please allow up to 7 days for your refill requests to be completed.
